Speaking at the Tenth Session of the Expert Mechanism on the Right to Development in Geneva, the Special Rapporteur addressed how trade relates to the right to development and to poverty eradication.
The message: trade is not a magic bullet, and more trade is not necessarily a blessing – it creates losers as well as winners.
